More than 20 years in research and biopharmaceutical leadership and more than three decades in community and international development. Co-founder of the Haiti Renewal Alliance and co-author of the first Global Diaspora Framework. Most recently Director of Global Pharmacovigilance Sciences at Moderna. PharmD, Howard University.
Policy, Advocacy & Government Relations
Gilbert brings expertise in advocacy, policy, legislative outreach, and lobbying, with a doctoral background in microbiology. He strengthens DRA's ability to help clients navigate policy environments and advance priorities with government and institutional stakeholders.
